Oral hygiene is a crucial factor in maintaining dental and overall health. We advise that you brush at least twice daily, with a round bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Your toothbrush should be replaced every few months, sooner if you have been ill. Floss at least once daily and avoid using tobacco products.
